Hazen Paper Scores Another Holographic Slam Dunk

Hazen Paper has once again created a unique holographic cover for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame’s Enshrinement yearbook. This is the 12th year that Hazen Paper has created the cover. This year’s cover features a free-form Fresnel lens image of the Hall of Fame dome and a multi-channel hologram of a floating basketball.

The yearbook is a limited edition publication. The cover also features other visual elements and the names of the 2024 enshrinees. Hazen Paper President John Hazen said: ‘the holographic team created a unique seal and insignia that cannot be altered or replicated because the book will be sought after by collectors.’ ‘The company has won multiple awards for its work on the enshrinement yearbooks. The 2023 Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Yearbook, which featured Fresnel lens technology and a holographic element called Metal-Morphosis™’, won the Best Applied Decorative Product category in last year’s IHMA Excellence in Holography Awards. The 2021 yearbook, which used Hazen’s edgeless Hazen- Lens technology to create a play of light and the impression of movement, also received recognition.
