Reconnaissance Announces New Editor

Reconnaissance International, publisher of Holography News® (HN), is delighted to announce the appointment of Chander S Jeena as the new editor of HN.

Chander joined Reconnaissance in 2023 as Regional Director and Co-Editor of Authentication and Brand News™ (ABN), supporting the company’s publishing, event management and consulting services in the field of authentication, brand protection, currency, personal identification and secure documents, holography, and digital and optical security.

Chander’s career in anticounterfeiting and holography began in 2006 at the Authentication Solution Providers’ Association (ASPA), then known as the Hologram Manufacturers Association of India.

At ASPA, he was responsible for overall operations, and was also the creator and editor-in-chief of the association’s newsletter, The Authentication Times. Furthermore, he was a member of the team that developed ASPA’s Counterfeit News Repository, created its in-person Traceability and Authentication Forum, and managed its brand awareness training programme for building authentication ecosystems in the region.
