Hazen Sustainable Innovation at Global Platforms

In last month’s issue, we reported a few holographic sustainable innovations showcased by industry players at Luxe Pack New York, held in May.

While we covered CaseMakes, KURZ and K Laser & Unifoil we missed Hazen, another innovative company committed to sustainable solutions. This article provides an update on Hazen’s recent innovations at Luxepack and drupa in Düsseldorf.

At Luxe Pack, Hazen showcased its sustainable solutions Envirofoil® and Holojet® (an application for digital print engines). It also launched its new Cal-Acrylic Envirofoil® coating, which enhances holography and opens up a new market for high-fidelity holography at a commercial scale for flexographic printing.

At drupa, Hazen was invited by HP Indigo to showcase its unique Alabaster Holojet® as a media partner. This product line, developed by Hazen, offers HRI/transparent holography substrates that are pre-primed and certified for HP Indigo, setting it apart in the industry.
