ODDS 2025 – Programme Highlights
Set against the backdrop of Warsaw’s rich heritage, the Optical & Digital Document Security™ (ODDS) 2025 conference will take place from 15-17 September, bringing together global experts to explore the latest advancements in physical and digital document protection.
This year’s agenda features eight themed sessions over two days, highlighting key innovations such as Orell Füssli and Scantrust’s JAGUAR digital security feature, Diametryx’s colour-changing particle-in-aparticle innovation, and ZSST’s full-parallax 3D light-field imaging. Surys IN Groupe will present advances in zero-order structures, while Dr. Paul Dunn and Ian Lancaster will introduce the fourth edition of Optical Document Security.
Day one will focus on visual and materialbased security, showcasing the fusion of holography, optical imaging, and new substrates. The day will conclude with the Excellence in Optical Technologies Awards, celebrating innovations in identity, currency, and brand protection. Day two will shift toward the digital realm, examining AI’s dual role in both undermining and enhancing authentication systems. There will also be forward-looking sessions on quantum-resilient security and hybrid optical-digital technologies.
