ASPA Hosts Traceability and Authentication Forum

The Authentication Solution Providers’ Association (ASPA) hosted the sixth edition of the Traceability and Authentication Forum in New Delhi on 1718 March. The event highlighted the need for stronger anticounterfeiting laws and a greater use of authentication and traceability tools.

Manoj Kochar, the ASPA President and IOTA board member, inaugurated the forum, alongside ASPA Vice President Ankit Gupta from Holostik and other governing body members. This twoday event featured participation from industry leaders, government officials, and technology experts, all focused on innovative methods to combat counterfeiting.

IOTA and members’ highlights

A major forum highlight was a series of talks from global technology providers, including Chander S Jeena from Reconnaissance International, who represented the International Optical Technologies Association (IOTA). Members of IOTA, such as Giriraj Foils, Holoflex, Holostik, and Shriram Veritech, showcased their innovations at the event.
