Phase Holographic Imaging Lists on OTCQB, Opening Doors to US Investors

Sweden-based biotech company Phase Holographic Imaging (PHI AB) will now be trading on the US OTCQB Venture Market (OTCQB: PHIXF), in addition to its primary listing on the Swedish Spotlight market. The OTCQB is the mid-tier over-the-counter (OTC) equity market, which lists primarily early- stage and developing companies in the US and international markets.

This strategic move, aimed at enhancing accessibility for US investors, follows PHI’s successful application to the OTCQB last month. The dual listing marks a key milestone for the company, opening up new avenues for expanding its investor base internationally.

Earlier this year, PHI’s strategic partner, the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, secured a US National Science Foundation grant worth up to $160 million.
